How It Works
1. Property Assessment
We begin with a full evaluation of your property to determine whether it is suitable and profitable as a short-term rental.
This includes analysing local demand, nightly rate potential, competition, and property condition.

2. Agreement & Contract
If you decide to move forward, we sign a contract to get everything in writing, ensuring complete clarity from the start.

3. Choose Your Onboarding Package​

To ensure your property launches at the highest standard, we offer three setup options:

For landlords who already have most major furniture and simply need finishing touches.

A complete furniture service for landlords needing both design and majority of furniture sourced.
Includes everything in Essential, plus:

Our done-for-you, highest-quality package, suitable for luxury stays or competitive city markets.
Includes everything in Enhanced, plus:

Once a setup package has been selected, we will collect 50% of the package cost upfront, with the remaining 50% due upon completion of the full setup and installation.

4. Furnishing & Setup
​
Once a package is chosen:

A 50% furnishing deposit is required upfront.

We source all approved items according to your package.

When furnishings reach the halfway point, the second instalment is due.

When setup is complete, the final setup payment is collected.

We stage the property and prepare it to Airbnb standards.

You get a fully furnished, beautifully presented property that photographs well and performs well.

5. Hosting Deposit
​
We collect a Hosting Deposit equal to 50% of the first month’s projected revenue.
This ensures smooth onboarding, covers early operational costs, and allows us to launch your property successfully.​

6. Full-Service Management
​
After setup is complete, we take over everything:
